Dive, relax and enjoy
An adventure cruise on board the M/Y "Hans Christian Andersen" is an excellent way to discover some of the most famous and most beautiful diving sites that the Philippines has to offer. In between dives there is plenty of time to relax and enjoy the many wonderful locations that we visit on the cruise.
Whether you are an experienced diver or a novice, the dives will be planned to accommodate individual wishes as far as possible. You can bring your own equipment or hire from us, the ship's dive centre is well equipped with all necessary technical facilities and with plenty of equipment for hire.

What to see
On an adventure cruise on board the M/Y "Hans Christian Andersen", you have the opportunity to explore some of the best diving sites in the world, including the beautiful Apo Reef Natural Reserve and the famous Coron Bay World War II warship cemetery. You will also be visiting some of the most unspoilt coral reefs in South East Asia, home to shoals of colourful fish and rare maritime creatures. You will have the opportunity to see several species of sharks, including hammer heads and thresher sharks; sea turtles; manta rays and much, much more.

Diving facilities on board
The ship is fully-equipped with all necessary technical diving facilities. Diving equipment is available for hire. We have our own diving instructors, and PADI courses are offered during the cruise.

Booking required
You will need to book your diving prior to departure in order to ensure sufficient space and facilities. Diving will take place in small groups consisting of 3-6 divers per instructor or dive master. You will have the possibility to make up to 12 dives (including 1 night dive) during the cruise.

For safety reasons we require that all divers fill out a health declaration form and present a valid diving certificate as well as an up-to-date log book or other proof of experience.
If you suffer from diabetes, asthma, hay fever, allergies or other deceases or physical disorders, you must present a doctor's certificate stating that you are fit for diving.

Our diving is based on PADI's rules and recommendations. Decompression dives will not be permitted. For your own safety, we recommend that you take out internationally valid insurance that covers diving accidents prior to your departure.
